1. Acceptance of these terms

This SEO Audit Tool is operated by NisonCo PR & SEO ("NisonCo," "we," "us"). By submitting a URL and running an audit, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the tool.

2. What the tool does

The tool fetches the public content of the web page you submit, extracts technical SEO signals (such as the title, meta description, headings, links, structured data, and mobile settings), and uses an AI model to produce an automated analysis with a score and recommendations. The report is generated on demand and shown to you on screen.

3. Your responsibilities

• Only submit URLs for websites you own or are otherwise authorized to analyze.
• Provide accurate information, including a valid email address.
• Use the tool for legitimate purposes, and don't attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer it.
• Comply with all applicable laws.

4. AI-generated analysis & accuracy

The analysis is produced by an automated AI system and is provided for general guidance only. It may contain errors or omissions, reflects only the single page you submit at the moment it is fetched, and is not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, or results. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice. Always apply your own judgment before acting on any recommendation.

5. Third-party AI processing

To generate your report, the content of the page you submit and the signals we extract are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (the Claude API), for processing. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train their models. Your use of the tool is also subject to Anthropic's applicable terms.

6. Intellectual property

The tool, its design, and its underlying methods are the property of NisonCo. You are free to use the report we generate for your own business purposes, but you may not resell or redistribute the tool itself or build a competing service from it.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NisonCo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool, and our total liability will not exceed any amount you paid to use it (which, for this free tool, is zero).
